Jennifer McCann PT, DPT

Jennifer earned her MS in Physical Therapy at Utica College of Syracuse University in 2002 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University in 2008. Jennifer brings 21 years of experience to Enphysio and specializes in orthopedics to include post op recovery, sport specific athletic recovery/return to sport, chronic pain and in various other neuromusculoskeletal diagnoses. Jenn has a specific interest in treating patients dealing with spine pain with a McKenzie directed approach. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques to include therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, manual techniques and pain science education to assist patients in returning to their optimum level of function. She is passionate about restoring her patients’ functional confidence and quality of life. In her free time Jenn enjoys traveling with her husband and children, watching her two children participate in their various sporting events, hiking, skiing, going to the beach, working out as well as spending time outdoors with her family and friends.

Jacqueline Nguyen PT, DPT

Jacqueline received her BS in Kinesiology at California State University Long Beach and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from D’Youville University in Buffalo, NY, in 2022. She loves to travel and adapts quickly to new environments, so it was only fitting that she jumped straight into being a travel therapist right after graduating. She has lived and worked as a travel PT in Texas, Oregon, California, and now Hawaii. She specializes in geriatrics and has worked in different settings including skilled nursing, ALF/ILF, outpatient orthopedics, and home health. Jacqueline also has experience working as a clinic director and managed an Assisted Living Facility in Huntington Beach, CA, where she realized her love for working with the aging population. Her passion is in helping her clients restore their functional independence through therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular reeducation, and falls prevention and recovery training. Outside of the clinic, Jacqueline enjoys traveling, hiking, camping, pickleball, diving, eating/cooking new foods, and learning new skills such as sewing and refurbishing furniture. She looks forward to learning more about you and working with you to achieve your goals. Mahalo!

Kristen Chin PT, DPT, OCS

Kristen received her Doctorate in Physical therapy from Western University of Health Sciences in 2019. She then completed the Kaiser Orthopedic Residency and became a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2022. Born and raised in the SF Bay Area, she’s worked with outpatient orthopedic and sports injuries, post-operative, and work related cases from young adults to geriatrics. Looking for a change in pace, she then ventured into travel therapy, now here in Hawaii! Her passion is working with patients to rehabilitate from injury/illness, improve functional independence, and ultimately maximize patients’ potential to reach their goals. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, weightlifting, volleyball, snowboarding, and golf.

Lexi Scozzafava PT, DPT, OCS

Lexi grew up in Kailua before heading to the mainland to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Vermont in 2018. She then went on to become a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and has experience working in orthopedics, sports, geriatric, and pelvic floor settings. She spent six years as a physical therapist in the U.S. Army, working with soldiers to improve their mobility and performance in multidisciplinary settings. She is committed to helping individuals reach their personal fitness and life goals and specializes in creating individualized treatment plans that focus on restoring movement, reducing pain, and enhancing function. Outside the clinic she enjoys yoga, hiking, and spending time with her family at the beach.

Ewa Mazurek PT, DPT

Ewa Mazurek PT, DPT received her BS in Kinesiology and Movement Science from University of Illinois in Chicago (2012) and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Sage Graduate School in Troy, New York (2016). She is originally from Poland and emigrated to the US with her family to the Chicago area in 2000. Having traveled frequently throughout her life both in Europe and across the US she chose to pursue the Travel Therapy route. Over the past five years she has traveled cross country working various therapy settings from acute care to outpatient orthopedics, eventually settling down in the beautiful island of Oahu. Her passion is in orthopedics, pain science and neuromuscular re-education and improving patient understanding of pain to restore their functional mobility as well as quality of life. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling, skiing, hiking, snorkeling and lounging on the beach.
